The nice balcony was a bonus. The room was perfect for a family. It was near to Monastiri Beach. Breakfast costs 5 EUR per person...

The bathroom was too small.

Will be back, can recommend it to others. We spent 10 nights in studio. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Askeli, set within 5 minutes walk or so.
